1. 14-Day Free Trial
WorkTrac offers a 14-day free trial for new businesses to explore our platform's features. During this period, you have full access to the Service without any financial commitment. This trial allows you to determine if WorkTrac is the right fit for your operations before a paid subscription begins.
2. No Refund Policy
Once the 14-day free trial ends and your first payment is processed, or upon any subsequent renewal payments, all fees paid are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused Service time.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your WorkTrac subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. If you cancel your subscription:
- Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- No further charges will be applied to your account after the current cycle ends.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made in the middle of a billing period.
4. Billing Errors
In the event of a technical billing error or duplicate charge, please contact us immediately at support@worktrac.com.au with your transaction details. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing discrepancies as required by Australian Consumer Law.
