1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WorkTrac ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Subscription and Access
WorkTrac is a SaaS platform. Access is granted on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the Service at any time with prior notice for maintenance or updates.
3. Payroll Disclaimer (Important)
WorkTrac provides automated tools for timesheets and payroll estimates. You acknowledge that these are estimates only. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Awards (e.g., Cleaning Services Award) and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regarding tax withholdings and superannuation.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DGLink Consulting & Solutions and its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, WorkTrac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from payroll errors, data loss, or service interruptions.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.
